A very large William IV oak circular foot stool (c1830) upholstered in antique kelim (c1880).  This is a typical English country house piece of furniture. It is made of oak, upholstered kelim seat, turned legs, brass castors.  Note the size: it is more ottoman than footstool size.  An unusual and attractive piece of furniture in very good condition.
