Hilary Carr is an artist from the Lune Valley, Lancashire. She uses watercolours, oils and mixed media to paint a variety of subjects ranging from landscapes and townscapes, to portraits and still life studies. She has had a number of exhibitions in the North West. This series of paintings were done for an exhibition in Waddington, near Clitheroe in 1998.
