Arts and crafts washstand c 1900.  Possibly Shapland and Petter.

Beautiful solid oak washstand with stylised  poppy decoration to the doors. Original marble top and copper hinges.  Design of apron is typical of Shapland and Petter pieces produced at their Raleigh Works in Barnstaple during that period.
