An unusual Arts and Crafts oak armchair, attributed to Goodyers of Regent Street, c 1900. Made of oak, heart and club motif piercings to the sides and back, drop in leather seat. In very good condition, tan leather upholstery.
Goodyer, a former partner in Liberty and Co, founded the Aesthetic Gallery in Regent Street in 1889, retailing goods by Voysey and other designers.
