A mid century Danish armchair, c 1950s.  Original teak frame with signature swollen seat back, tension-sprung seat, and backward kicking legs. This is a classic design of its time. Newly upholstered in "Maharam's Pavement" fabric designed by Irving Harper (1916-2015) for George Nelson in 1950.
