A high-backed armchair made by Parker Knoll, c1970s.  Design model PK 1071-74. Made of solid wood, high winged back, seat with orthopedic back support cushion, upholstered arms.  Upholstered in the original turquoise velvet fabric. Sold in very good original condition.
