A set of four oak ladder back chairs,  c 1770s.  These ladder back chairs are traditional Lancashire chairs, and are typical of the region during the late 1700's.  Made of solid oak, ladder backs, original rush seats,  turned legs.  In very good condition for their age with great colour and patina.
