An arts and crafts oak armchair by Liberty & Co, c 1900. Made of oak, leather upholstered top rail,  pierced splats, moulded seat, pierced arm rests, square tapered legs linked by stretchers.  In overall good condition,  one split to the leather headrest and some minor scuffing. 

Dimensions: H106cm, H47 (to seat), W62cm, D51 cm

This chair was authenticated by John Mackie, 20th Century Decorative Arts specialist at Lyon & Turnbull. Edinburgh.  Sold as a Liberty & Co oak armchair (Lot 369) in their 20th Century Decorative Arts sale on 11th November 2015.
